The challenge
Small businesses cannot always answer the phone while serving customers. A useful voice assistant needs dependable call handling, natural conversations, and a way to fit into the tools the business already uses.
How we solved it
Connect the conversation to the system
The work covered the product and technical foundation end to end: telecom infrastructure, voice AI, real-time call routing, and intelligent responses. The goal was a working service around the conversation, rather than an isolated AI demonstration.
Build distribution into the product
Integrations and marketplace partnerships brought Automaticall into the places where businesses already looked for tools. Product development and distribution reinforced each other instead of depending on a paid advertising campaign.
The outcome
0 to 2,000 usersAutomaticall grew from zero to 2,000 users with no paid advertising spend reported in the project material. The work joined engineering ownership with a practical route to adoption.
