Who we are

We don't take briefs. We take ownership.

RalphNex is two senior engineers who got tired of watching good ideas die in someone else's backlog. We started coding at fourteen, freelanced through our twenties, and learned the one thing most agencies never will: the work is the pitch.

Our story

Why we exist

We started writing code at fourteen. Not for a grade or a paycheck, but for the high of typing something into a blank file at 2am and watching it come alive.

A decade of freelancing taught us the truth nobody admits on a sales call: clients don't want a vendor who waits for tickets. They want a team that treats the roadmap like its own equity is riding on it. So we stopped waiting to be told what to build.

That is RalphNex. Senior enough to know what not to build. Fast enough to ship it before the moment passes. Honest enough to tell you when you're wrong.

Who you'll work with

The team

Aadil Ghani

Founder & CEO

Full-stack and constitutionally allergic to slow. Hand him “is this even possible by Friday” and he hands back a link you can click.

Dash Santosh

Founding Engineer

The systems mind. Turns a napkin sketch and a 2am Slack message into architecture that doesn't flinch under load.

Need a specialist? We bring in trusted contractors when the work demands it. You still talk to us. Always.

How we work

No theater. Just shipping.

01

Fixed-scope sprints

No hourly meter running while you sweat the budget. Clear scope, a real deadline, deliverables you can hold us to. You always know what you're getting and exactly when.

02

Harness engineering

We refuse to make you dependent on us. The docs, the patterns, the architecture: we leave it all behind so your team can take the wheel the day we hand over the keys.

03

Remote-first

Estonia by passport, global by default. Async, structured, and online when it counts. We let the work do the talking.
